Het perfecte plaatje met je smartphone in 3 avonden

In three evenings you will learn to take perfect photos with the camera you always have with you. You will gain insight into the basic principles of photography and the many possibilities of your smartphone camera.

You expand your creative possibilities and learn how to play with light, balance and depth of field. A perfect photo tells your story. That is why you give a start to the development of your own creative style. You become familiar with a number of tools for post-processing.

Program

Evening 1: The Basics
On the first evening, you will get to know your smartphone camera better. You will learn some basic principles about good exposure, correct use of flash and white balance. You will master sharpness and learn how to play with selective focus, portrait mode and know how to create a bokeh effect. You will discover how to create balance and depth in your photos and how your smartphone can help you with that.

Evening 2: The lighting
This evening you will expand your creative possibilities. You will learn a number of creative applications. You will practice with variation in viewpoints and perspective. Surprising effects are created by light and shadow. You will learn to play with light. You will become acquainted with different lighting, working with window light or artificial light sources. You will practice this on portraits and objects

Evening 3: The creative photographer
A perfect picture tells your story. That’s why we ask participants to share their best photos. We learn from each other by discussing them together. Finally, we discuss a number of photo editing tools with which you can improve or enhance your images .
