Go on a mountain bike tour and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Apeldoorn. The route is characterized by the typical Veluwe nature: beautiful heathlands near Hoog Buurlo and vast forests. The route has winding paths and climbs!
This mountain bike route starts in Uchelen and takes you over the middle part of the Veluwe and has a length of 52 kilometers but can also be shortened along the way. Enjoy the special Radio Kootwijk during the route or look out for the red deer, roe deer, wild boars, badgers and birds of prey in the area along the way!
Marking
The route is marked with wooden posts with the international mountain bike logo. In addition, the approach routes from the starting locations (yellow-black) and the short routes (black) are specially marked.
