The Rheden church to church route is a cycling tour of 20.5 km between the Oude Jan church and the Petruskerk. Along the way you will pass the IJssel and various viewing locations.
This route is one of the routes specially developed for the 450th anniversary of the municipality of Rheden.
The IJssel, viewing points and sights
On the Rheden church to church route you will pass various sights, viewpoints where you can see the beautiful nature and for a large part along the IJssel. For example, you can see Middachten Castle. You can enjoy the view over the IJssel at the Ooievaarsnest. And you pass a ferry twice, from Rheden and from Dieren.
