This route along the IJssel river starts at Landgoed Rhederoord, where you spend an authentic night in the country house and enjoy a culinary dinner in the Koetshuis. Along the way you will pass forts, picturesque towns, buildings, locks and the nicest terraces. Make a stop at junction 36. There you will find the Lalique Museum, with beautiful works of art by glass artist René Lalique and his contemporaries from Art Nouveau and Art Deco. There are changing exhibitions. You can enjoy a delicious lunch there, in the museum café or in the garden. Don’t forget to bring a nice gift from the museum shop!
