Discover the IJsselvallei, a vast area between the forests of the Hoge Veluwe and the river IJssel, with Lake Bussloo in the heart of the region. Along the way, taste the delicacies that the region has to offer. Local residents have created three cycling routes for you, which, like the IJssel river, meander through the beautiful landscape. There are many fun and tasty treats to enjoy along the way. There is a route for cyclists from Apeldoorn, Deventer and a route from Zutphen. The routes are on average 45 km long. You can of course also combine them and cycle a longer route.
Leave the forests of the Veluwe behind you and see how wide the horizon is in the green meadows near Apeldoorn and Klarenbeek. These were once swamp forests with alders and willows. Discover a varied area with villages, small farms, estates, but also surprising catering establishments such as Huize Bloem or café De Kar. And don’t forget to taste a delicious sausage at the Dijk43 pig farm. Along the way you can take a walk in the Beekberger Forest, the last primeval forest in our country. Have fun!

Restaurant Pijnappel: Stay at junction 68 on the Hoofdweg, you will find restaurant Pijnappel opposite Pijnappel Mode.
Beekzicht estate. Between junctions 46 and 31 you cycle along the woods of the Beekzicht estate .
Arable farm Pardijs. Then turn right at junction 31 and follow Watergatstraat, straight ahead you will see Akkerbouwbedrijf Pardijs.
Boerderij de Elshof/Melktap Wilp, then at junction 28 go to junction 11 and turn left onto Zwarte Kolkstraat. You will then find Boerderij de Elshof/Melktap Wilp on your right.
Farm de Ruimer. At the intersection Broekstraat – Henkenburgerweg, turn right, you will find Hoeve de Ruimer at no. 4.
Beekberg Forest. At junction 94, go straight ahead onto Woudweg, you will then come across the entrance with parking space on your right.
