Walking along old beech trees

During the 10-kilometer walk you walk through an old landscape park with beech trees dating from the 19th century. It’s fun with winding paths, bridges and waterfalls!

An exotic ornamental bird: the Manderin duck

The mandarin duck can often be seen on the estate ponds. This exotic was once brought from East Asia as an ornamental bird. Birds that escaped from captivity now live here in the wild. They nest in the hollows of the many old trees on the estate.
