The Veluwe Zwerfpad runs from Hoenderloo to Otterlo. The route crosses the Hoge Veluwe National Park . This park has a rich biodiversity and is home to special and sometimes rare animal species.

The Hoge Veluwe National Park
The Hoge Veluwe National Park is a nature park with more than 5,000 hectares of forest, heathlands, grasslands and sand drifts. In addition to nature, there is also a lot of culture to admire. From the Kröller-Müller Museum and the Hunting Lodge St. Hubertus to the visitor center with the Museonder. You will encounter many of these sights along the way. It is therefore ideal to combine this walk with, for example, a visit to the Kröller-Müller Museum.

This walking tour is the second stage of the Veluwe Zwerfpad: a circular long-distance walking route of 375 km. During this stage you walk from one entrance of the Hoge Veluwe National Park to the other in one go. The path runs parallel to the sixteenth stage of the Trekvogelpad.
