Feast your eyes
The Deelerwoud is a beautiful area between De Hoge Veluwe National Park and the Veluwezoom. You will be amazed by this relatively quiet area. During the walk you will pass beautiful forests, vast heathlands and rolling landscapes.
Beautiful wildlife in the Deelerwoud
In addition to the diversity in landscape, you will also find a variety of big game in the Deelerwoud. There are fallow deer, red deer, wild boars and even Scottish highlanders. There is a good chance that you will spot these animals!
Please note: during the red deer rut (between September 15 and October 15), routes in the Deelerwoud are partly inaccessible between 4:00 PM and 10:00 AM. The inaccessible areas are indicated by signs.
