Wandelroute Heuven Beekhuizen Veluwezoom

This walking route runs through the rolling and hilly forests of the Southern Veluwezoom.

Discover the Southern Veluwezoom with this beautiful signposted walking route! Along the way you walk through a wooded landscape, but you also cross fields where you have beautiful views.

The route starts at the Veluwezoom Visitor Center, but you can also start the route at Boutique Hotel Beekhuizen or Buitenplaats Beekhuizen, among others. You can recognize the route by the brown arrows on the yellow signs of Natuurmonumenten.

The landscape north of Velp around Beekhuizen is beautiful in every season. Walk along the Beekhuizense Beek, where the water of the Veluwe flows towards the sprinklers. The water is collected in the sprinkler heads for regulation of the landscape and for bottling as spring water.

The route takes you through rolling forests and past estates. Along the way you will come across various places where you can drink or eat something and at the Veluwezoom Visitor Center you will learn more about nature.
