The beautiful historic country estate of Matanze was founded in the 17th century and consists of a main building, coach house, tea house, monumental greenhouses and an old staff house. The former staff house was converted into a stylish and comfortable guesthouse in 2013. Hidden among the greenery is an English landscape garden with various exotic tree species and a remaining monumental witch’s circle of lime trees.
