Het Nationale Park De Hoge Veluwe

De Hoge Veluwe National Park is a world-famous nature park with more than 5,400 hectares of forest, heathlands, grasslands and sand drifts. The Kröller-Müller Museum is located in the middle of the Park.

The green treasure trove of the Netherlands

Red deer, roe deer, mouflons and wild boars live in the Park, but also many Red List species (endangered and protected species), such as the pine marten.

Nature and art

In addition to the beautiful nature, the Park also owes its appeal to the nationally and internationally famous Kröller-Müller, which is located in the middle of the Park. The Kröller-Müller Museum houses the second largest collection of paintings by Vincent van Gogh and surprises every visitor with its unique sculpture garden. You can also visit the Museonder, the underground nature museum.

De Hoge Veluwe National Park has 3 entrances. Visit De Hoge Veluwe National Park from Otterlo, Hoenderloo and Schaarsbergen.

Walk and cycle across the Veluwe

Cycling, walking and GPS tours are offered at the desk in the Museonder and the Park Pavilion. Visitors can of course also explore the Park on one of the 1,800 free White Bicycles.

Various activities are organized every month, such as safaris with the ranger, excursions with the nature guide and tours in Jachthuis Sint Hubertus.
