In the new exhibition, young and old will discover everything about the Romans and the Germanic people. The youngest children are taken into the world of the Romans by Finn the rat.

Building a camp was a tightly organized activity. When the troops arrived they knew exactly what to do. You can find out in the exhibition!

The Germanic people discovered a whole new food culture; For example, Romans ate dormice! A Germanic custom that the Romans adopted was soup; a richly filled soup with a lot of meat and bread. The Roman soldiers mainly ate Puls, a kind of savory porridge made from grain with herbs. They cooked for their own group of soldiers.
