Pegasus Route

The Pegasus Route is a historic route through the Veluwe landscape. The route is dedicated to Operation Pegasus, a tense withdrawal of the Allies across the Rhine with the help of the Ede resistance.

The Pegasus Route is a longer hike of approximately 30 km in the footsteps of the Allies.

This historic route runs through the Veluwe landscape. The route is dedicated to Operation Pegasus: the failed Airborne operation and, with the help of the Ede resistance, the forced withdrawal of the Allied troops south of the Rhine.

The starting location of this walk is the Roekselse Bosweg in Otterlo.
