Restaurant De Hoge Veluwe works a lot with local products. In the dishes, for example, we use game from our own Park and vegetables, fruit and herbs from our own vegetable garden. The vegetables, fruit and herbs are grown unsprayed in the vegetable garden de Pampel near the centre of the Park.
