The windmill Werklust is an octagonal wooden smock mill, covered with reed, built in 1858 with a span of 23 meters. The shape of the sails is old Dutch.
At the beginning of the 20th century, a crude oil engine was installed in the mill to enable grinding when there is no wind. The Werklust is equipped with a pair of millstones, with which grain is ground for human consumption on a voluntary basis.
