Brasserie Staverden is located in the castle garden of the Staverden estate. Staverden is located in the municipality of Ermelo and, with 52 inhabitants, is “the smallest city in the Netherlands”.
Brasserie Staverden opened its doors in 2009 and has since been awarded “Best terrace in the Netherlands” and declared a top location by the ANWB.
The Brasserie is open to everyone and serves its guests coffee, lunch, high tea and dinner. The kitchen brigade works with seasonal and regional products and also uses products from our own vegetable garden and greenhouse. Guests can enjoy game tastings in the autumn, asparagus in the spring and delicious salads, meat and fish dishes from the immediate area in the summer months. The supply from the area and the season are anticipated.
The Brasserie organizes various activities on the estate throughout the year; culinary tastings, walks, live music performances, events, children’s activities and workshops.
Parking is free and there are various walking and cycling routes from Staverden. In short; Brasserie Staverden welcomes all its guests with great pleasure, hospitality and care and is happy to serve everyone!
