Over event type
Williëtte Wolters-Groeneveld has drawn inspiration from artworks in the collection of the Noord-Veluws Kunstmuseum.
Painters and poets find their inspiration in nature. Williëtte Wolters-Groeneveld has drawn inspiration from artworks in the collection of the Noord-Veluws Kunstmuseum. Her love for both the image and the word meant that words began to flow through her mind upon seeing a painting.
Her poems are presented alongside the paintings, drawings, and prints from the museum collection. In this way, the visitor will be granted a new perspective on the artworks created by artists who stayed in the artists’ village of Nunspeet for shorter or longer periods starting from 1885. Naturally, the beautifully illustrated poetry collection is also for sale in the museum shop.
From November 7, 2026, to April 4, 2027, this exhibition can be admired in the Fré Drostzaal at the Noord-Veluws Museum.
