Over Camping De Wapenberg
De Wapenberg is a charming campsite on the edge of the forest for those who enjoy peace and nature.
The campsite is located south of Apeldoorn, in one of the most beautiful parts of the Veluwe. In the immediate vicinity, there are plenty of opportunities for walking, cycling, geocaching, and mountain biking.
The atmospheric grounds consist of beautiful, spacious camping pitches. There is room for approximately 110 caravans, motorhomes, and tents. There are also a number of separate (small tent) pitches for cyclists and backpackers.
From the campsite, you can walk straight into the vast forests, as well as beautiful heathlands, hills, and the “Koppelsprengen”. These are all freely accessible. There are plenty of opportunities for wildlife enthusiasts. Right next to the campsite is the “Het Leesten” recreation area with the ‘t Leesten Forest Pavilion.
