Hans and Tanja took over a dairy farm in 2015 and, with great enthusiasm, transformed it into a mixed nature-inclusive organic farm. They grow grain and keep Jersey cows. Their collaboration with nature is evident in the herb-rich grasslands and fields, the traditional orchard, the nest boxes, and the beetle bank, which attract animals that aid in natural pest control and pollination.
