In the Veluwezoom National Park you will find the De Elsberg wildlife observation point. From this beautiful location you can spot red deer, roe deer, badgers, foxes and wild boars all year round!
The deer rut takes place from about mid-September to early October. During that period the red deer burrow for the attention of the does. They then clash their antlers against each other. De Elsberg observation post is located in the middle of the Veluwezoom National Park, from which you can listen to the burrowing of the deer and the clattering of the antlers.
