🚴 Cycle the route “The Veluwe in Wartime: Nunspeet – Vierhouten, ” which takes you from Nunspeet to Vierhouten. Along the way, you’ll pass the Hidden Village and the Easter Hill, both impressive stops along the way.
🚶 Hike along old cart tracks and through sunken lanes on the 9 km “Through the Forest” walking trail. Stroll through the Vierhouterbos, a magnificent, centuries-old beech forest. If you can’t get enough, you can combine this route with the “Over de Vodseberg” walk.
The Hidden Village walking route runs through the Soerelsebossen and Zandenbos forests. You’ll pass the Hidden Village, which served as a hiding camp during the war.
